A case of insecurity has been witnessed in Laikipia county for yet another time.The residents of Mwenje area in Githiga Ward are counting losses after their livestock were taken away by thugs who were heavily armed.According to the report aired out by Kameme FM at 11 am, two of the residents of the area identified as Gichohi and Mwangi claim that the attack occured at night.
The two victims say that the huge number of bandits was heavily armed.The residents are appealing to the government to provide enough security to them.They say that there has been no improvement in security despite the constant meetings that have been taking place in the area.
The kind of insecurity cases happening in Laikipia is now alarming.The CS for interior should now come up with new ways of ending the vices in the region.It is sad to see Kenyans losing what they have been making for years with aims of bettering their future.
