Seven days into the search of killer cop Caroline and an arrest has proven impossible. Detectives assigned the task of apprehending the fugitive have admitted to her intelligence providing reason why she seems untouchable.
It should be noted that within the 24 hours, Caroline was nearly caught after a taxi driver got hailed by the rogue cop but refused her a ride after identifying her. Reports were made to a nearby police station and after a CCTV, Caroline was spotted fleeing the scene in another Taxi.
According to Saturday Standard papers, the detectives are said to be giving her time to walk into a police station and surrender herself even though an aggressive manhunt for her is still on.
However, detectives who spoke on condition of anonymity lately revealed the key reasons why it has been a frustrating task trying to apprehend Caroline, giving details and honours as an experienced crimanal buster.
Information gathered from Caroline Kangongo's files has however indicated her efficiency as a well trained and widely travelled cop. Her previous jobs in Mombasa and Nyeri moving to Nakuru has given her a wide knowledge of places around the nation. In addition she comes from Elgeiyo Marakwet county and her alleged multiple unidentified lovers in different counties makes it unpredictable to get her next target.
