News reports in Pakistan today on Thursday announced about an earthquake that has left 20 people dead. The people succumbed to death after an earthquake of magnitude 5.9 hit Bolochistan, western parts of Pakistan while others suffered severe injuries.[Photo Courtesy]
The director of disaster management in Balochistan town announced to the media that the casualty had suffered after several house were destroyed by the earthquake tremors. Roads and bridges have also been destroyed and no one is safe at all.[Photo Courtesy]
He added that the they have deployed rescue team to visit the affected places and save the casualties who survived. Additionally, he claim that casualties are expected to increase because a number of houses had been buried by debris from the earthquake.[Photo Courtesy]
According to the media, people have been requested to keep off the affected area as those who have succumbed to death are taken to the nearest health centres. Most of the Asian countries are always prone to earthquake and we pray that they will one day be safe.
