Police officers have managed to visit the scene after a fatal accident in Sachangwan in Bomet-Kericho road and two passengers have been rushed to Kaplong mission hospital while in critical condition. Eyewitnesses have revealed that the driver of the saloon vehicle was driving at a high speed before the vehicle lost control, skied off the road and rolled several times.
The traffic police officers revealed that they managed to collect some rolles of 'Bhang' and they declared that the driver evaded the police trap in Kericho town after being alerted by some passengers that they have discovered something strange in the vehicle. They called upon all the drivers that they should be careful while driving to avoid such cases of accident and they should refrain from taking alcoholic drinks since they will be risking the lives of innocent passengers. They added that the driver will be guarded while in hospital and he will face the consequences of the law as soon as he recovers.
