Friends of Benson Ndwiga and Emmanuel Mutura, the Kianjokoma brothers reportedly killed by police, have revealed that a police officer chased them with a big club during the incident.

Lawyers for the six police officers who were being questioned by Chris Murimi said that the officer who had gotten out of the police vehicle had looked upset, so they decided to chase after him.

Furthermore, Murimi revealed that when they ran, Mutura collapsed and Ndwiga went back, which made the police officer walk towards Mutura, and when he came up with the brother, Mutura was hit before he was bundled into the police car from his hiding.

Murimi received a phone call from the brothers' father the next morning, asking if he had any information on their whereabouts. He described what had transpired the night before, which caused the family to begin looking for the two bodies at the police station.
