Rogue Driver Reportedly Runs Over a Pedestrian, Ignores Police's Instructions and Speeds Off at Ronald Ngala

It is a requirement that a driver should park after causing an accident or being involved in accident. The two parties should then try to come into agreement or inform the traffic police officers should they fail to come into agreement.

According to Logan Steve's post on Expose Rouge and Killer Drivers - Kenya's Facebook page, this morning a KBB 797P matatu belonging to Madiwa sacco has stepped on the legs of a pedestrian at Ronald Ngala. The driver failed to obey orders by the police officers to park. He instead accelerated and disappeared.

Drivers should be keen not to cause an accident. But should by a chance a driver causes an accident, they should stop at the scene or park around at a safer place with or without police officer's instructions.

Running away is never a solutions. The long arms of the law with definitely locate you and the penalties will be severe. Let us be responsible.
