Daniel Musyoka is presiding officer of Embakazi East who went missing during elections tallying process. From the reports, the officer was abducted before submitting the 34A forms hence forcing his vice chairperson to perform other duties.
After thorough investigations from the police force, Daniel's body was found in Loitoktok in Kajiado county some days after his disappearance. This has therefore left so many Kenyans especially Daniel Musyoka's family members in a dilemma.
Musyoka's corpse was therefore taken for the autopsy to determine the cause of his death. According to the results obtained from surgery operation, Mr Daniel Musyoka was tortured and eventually killed before his corpse was dumped in Loitoktok.
These shocking news have really raised much concerns to most Kenyans as they cry for peace during this critical times. The police commissioner of Embakazi East however promised to do thorough investigations to find out those who were involved in Daniel's painful death.
