The famous Matatu Sacco known has NNUS Sacco,has been reported of harassing its customers.According to the one of the victims Jane,she says that the operators to this Matatu belonging to NNUS Sacco with the number plate, KCD 608 J,had robbed her together with her fellow ladies.
Jane says they boarded this vehicle owned by NNUS Sacco and they were heading for Naivasha.Unluckily,the rogue operators that were in this vehicle pulled them out on the flyover along the Nairobi Naivasha highway.As if not enough,the driver and the conductor that were present on that vehicle, disappeared with their transport money that they had paid earlier.
After waiting for about 45 minutes,the rogue operators failed to reappear and that's when they decided to board on another vehicle and paid another amount of money after the chances to be given back their cash failed.Jane adds that they were four ladies and alll of them had kids with them.Now Jane is asking the National Transport and Safety Authority (NTSA) to take action on these rogue operators.
