The family of Peter Ndigwa who was killed at a lodging by the fugitive and rogue police officer Caroline Kangogo have come out to blast the police. This comes a day after the revelations of a CCTV footage indicating the last movements of the two former love birds before she shot him through the head.

According to K24 digital news media platform, speaking on behalf of the family the father of the victim identified as Njiru accused the police of leaking their son's dead corpse to the media before informing them. The pictures were plastered on social media platforms before the family were officially told of his death only to stumble on them on Facebook.

The family urged the head of the National Police Service Mutyambai to personally take lead of the investigations and to ensure Caroline Kangogo is arrested and face the law. The fugitive detective has been on the run for over 4 days as they try to track her movements which has spanned over 6 counties.
