A lot of accidents have been recorded within the city. From the major highway to now the roads headed to various estates. Residents of Huruma estate in Nairobi have woken up to sad news, a Deadly accident has left two dead instantly as four others were rushed to Mathari Hospital.
The Early morning accident involved a Matatu which was speeding towards it's destination being rounda. This made the driver to loose control with the vehicle falling into a ditch where the two youths were collecting plastic containers. The two were not identified as they were assumed to be street children who were in their daily morning work. Bodies belonging to the two have been collected by police. Well wishers were fast to respond to the desperate cries from the occupants of the Matatu who were unable to get out as the doors were locked. Four were saved from the damaged Matatu and were rushed to the nearby Mathari hospital.
This has raised suspicion on how most of the vehicles are unroadworthy. And when carelessly driven they are likely to result to an accident.
