A depressed man allegedly climbed a national 4-line power grid to end his life, got electrocuted and burned alive this evening, Nakuru County.
The motive behind the suicide incident still remains unknown even though police burn midnight candle to unravel.
The chaired remains of the deceased was discovered on the ground by first responders at the scene who called the police.
Police officers who were alerted at the scene collected the body of the deceased to the hospital mortuary awaiting postmortem.
Police identified the deceased as Jackson Mwangi.
Meanwhile, a 12-year-old boy who went missing on April 3, 2022 was also found dead in bush.
Joash Nyamoko, 12, dissappeared from their home on the wee hours of Saturday morning going to school and was never seen.
His lifeless body was discovered by passers-by who called the police after raising alarm.
The body is currently being preserved at the hospital mortuary awaiting postmortem.
Parents are urged to monitor the movements of their small children while at home.
