The Nairobi Expressway is an infrastructural marvel that has not been seen in Kenya in the country's history and it took billions of shillings for the completion of the road to be attained.

The road, passes all the way from Mlolongo to Westlands in Nairobi County with motorists having to pay in order to use the road that has seen a lot of positive reception from the thousands of Motorists who have so far, signed up to use it.
Accidents, however, on the road have been few though given that it was opened a few days ago, there have been several.
This afternoon, according to reliable reports from the Nairobi Expressway, there has been a nasty accident involving a lorry at a toll station that lost control.
The accident, is said to have involved a lorry that lost control and hit a pole by the side of the road though there were no fatalities or injuries in the accident that happened earlier on today.
The driver of the lorry escaped without any injuries on him though the accident caused quite a snarlup on the busy road this morning.
The accident has brought to attention design flaws that have been leading to accidents but the engineers have taken note and say they will rectify since this is a trial run.
The accident happened at the Standard Gauge Railway, SGR, exit this morning on the busy road.
