Sadness has hit Siaya, Bondo In Usenge after a young man man wjo worked at a bank took his life under some unclear circumstances.

According to a police report the young man came back from Nairobi and found out his girlfriend has married another man.

Police Statement

It was reported by area a/chief othach s/location one ochola orembo through mobile phone number 0724969612 that a boy namely Ismael Oduor Ajok aged 22 yrs who was working as a cleaner with kenya commercial bank kasarani in nairobi had committed suicide in his house at Ochuodo village m/r 196630 about 20 km east of the station.

Police officers from usenge proceeded to the scene and found the said deceased dangling from the roof of his house.

It was also established that the deceased arrived from nairobi on friday 12 february 2021 and he discovered that his girl friend known by one name as penta had been married to some one else.

Yesterday in the evening, he was seen talking to the said Penta trying to convince her to come back to him however today in the morning, the deceased's father namely Stephen Ajok went and found the deceased in his house as stated above.

The scene was processed and body removed to bondo sub-county hospital mortuary awaiting postmortem. progress to follow.
