Deputy President William Ruto was forced to cut short his speech and leave Kondele after a group of goons started pelting stones at his mortocade.
Several cars were destroyed during the unfortunate incident.
According to him, he was in charge of organizing Kondele goons defensively for them to protect their leaders and secure their meetings.
Kibagendi said it is obvious the goons who attacked DP Ruto were under somone's instructions, otherwise, they would not have let someone disrupt their meeting like it happened yesterday.
"This was organized, I have been in ODM as youth leader and I know what I am talking about, I was the one who was in charge of organizing this groups, they did a very good job, they were self protecting, they would not have allowed someone to mess up with their events," said Kibagendi who now works in the office of the Deputy President
Kibagendi now wants ODM to take full responsibility of what happened.
