A 30 years old man was allegedly killed after attacking and beheading his girlfriend at her workplace in Kihumbuini, Gatanga Constituency, Muranga County.
According to the sources, the man identified as Antony Kamau was clobbered to death by an angry mob after he accosted his girlfriend and killed her with the use of a panga.

The deceased identified as Mary Mwahaki 39 yrs old was milking her employer's cow on Wednesday, November 9 at around 8 am when she was met by her death.
Kamau was reported to have slashed her head using a panga.
According to the police report filed by the area chief Joseph Nyotu said that the brutal murder attracted members of the public who stoned the man to death.
Police officers from Karwar station visited the crime scene and found Mwahaki's body lying at the cowshed with her head completely severed.
They also recovered the panga which was believed to have been used by the assailant to kill the woman.
