Police brutality has become a major topic of discussion among Kenyans after several people are reported to have died at the hands of officers. The current case involved the Kianjakoma slain brothers who died mysteriously after they were arrested for violation of curfew. The DCI Is currently on this case to collect information so that the family can finally get justice.
In Changamwe, the family of one man who died in a police cell has a reason to be happy after detectives arrested officers who are suspects in the case.
According to reliable sources, the officers identified as Khalif Abdulahi Sight, James Muli Koti, Joseph Odhiambo Sirawa, Edward Kongo Onchonga, and Nelson Nkanae, will be charged with murder at the High court in Nairobi.
A post-mortem done on the victim identified as Otieno showed that he died of multiple injuries inflicted with blunt force. May his soul rest in peace.
