Laikipia Again? Panic as Armed bandits Strike Again With Sophisicated Weapons

For a major part of last month and earlier this month, skirmishes and tension had rocked the troubled Laikipia and this caused a lot of fear and panic to it's residents.

This prompted the government to crack its whip in trying to restore calm within the area, with police Inspector General Hilary Mutyambai promising that bandits would be flushed out within weeks.

Though peace had been restored and many locals returned back to their homes, it seems that bandits are at it again and this has left many fearing for their lives.

According to NTV digital news, armed bandits have striked again in Ol - Moran in broad daylight killing one and vanishing with 30 cows.

As per eye witnesses, the deceased met his fate when the heartless bandits descended on his homestead armed to the teeth and shot him to death. They then disappeared into thin air with the stolen 30 cows.

May the soul of the departed rest in eternal peace.
