After a week of ceased fire and fighting from the bandits and the Kenya defence, it has now emerged again and this time, the bandits seems to be well coordinated and organised. It was reported that, the bandits made a surprise attack in one of the police camp in ol moran. They have now neutralised a civilian following a castle raid in the region.
The residents cry to the president to either find them a favourable place to relocate or find a long term solution to the insecurity.
More than 150 families in Ol Moran, Laikipia County, spent Sunday night neglected after illegal conflagrationists burnt 40 houses scarcely 24 hours after the National Security Advisory Council meeting on uncertainty nearby.
Many inhabitants have escaped the region which has throughout the previous two months experienced wild weakness regardless of police activities.
Occupants, in the organization of cops, looked through the remaining parts of their homes with an end goal to rescue any significant.
They say the most recent assault follows the capture of two presumed crooks at Ol Moran focus by security organizations whom they need delivered.
"Walifanya vitisho vya kuja kutuambia tuhame maana sisi ndio tunafyeka hii msituni mahali wanakaa… jana ndio ilifikia nikaona watu wako huko ng'ambo wanapitapita tu, kukaribia nikaona wanajificha kwa kichaka," said Sebastian Malope, one of the occupants.
The speculated desperados who were outfitted with firearms, bows and bolts are said to have been stowing away in a maize manor while doing the assaults and dodging cops who have been sent to manage the lawbreakers.
