Man Demands For Compensation From KWS After a Buffalo Chops Off His Private Part

A 54-year-old man is demanding for justice from Kenya Wildlife Services (KWS) after he was attacked by a buffalo which chopped off his private organs.

The man who is a resident of Halugho area, Ijara Sub County in Garissa County was herding his goats when the animal attacked him.

He spotted the buffalo an tried to escape. However, he didn't went far before the animal got him, attacked him and ripped off his private organs.

The victim was rushed to Garissa County Referral Hospital where he was admitted. While at the hospital bed, he asked the KWS to compensate him for the injuries caused by the animal.

KWS responded to the demand. Through their human-wildlife affairs officer madam Grace Nzale, KWS said that they have launched an investigation on the incident and promised to take appropriate action once the are done.

The incident have occurred after another man, 26 years, was attacked by two hippos two weeks ago.
