Kapsaret MP Oscar Sudi has this morning had his say, over the ongoing investigations of the now disbanded Special Service Unit (SSU). He couldn't help but wonder why the Independent Police Oversight Authority (IPOA) behaved like they were put in office today, after being dumb and blind to the same issues all along.
Speaking with alot of authority and concern of a likelihood to have the body interfere with the ongoing grilling, honourable Sudi reminded of how families have been crying and waiting for the truth as to what happened to their kin, and hoping for justice to be served, so that they go ahead with their lives peacefully.
Sudi passed very strong message to oversight authority of the police, telling them to keep off and allow the Internal Affairs Unit to handle all the issues. "The oversight authority failed into the responsibility of performing their duties in the last regime and now want to be allowed to investigate, where were they?" Sudi pondered.
"They should allow the Internal Affairs Unit be the ones handling the situation because many kenyans, want to know what Kinoti and his big team did since families are crying out here for justice over killing of their kin," he added.
