According to a post shared by Ma3Route channel on Twitter, the person called Joseph Mulenge Kivindu whose details including his identity card reveal that he is a Kenyan is admitted at Mbarara regional referral hospital in Western Uganda. Based on the information on his ID card, he us from Machokos County and the Huduma number was issued in Nairobi, Kenya.

The hospital issued the circulation in order to help the family and friends to reach out to him in hospital.
