Kianjoma Embu County is back in the news with the different between the police and area residents seeming not to be solved. According to the latest report the area police are on spot again after bodaboda riders accused the police vehicle one of them.
According to report by the Embu Newpaper the police vehicle was a on a normal patrol when it knocked down one bodaboda rider. Instead of stopping to help the driver freed with the vehicle leaving the guy to suffer.
Other Bodaboda riders helped in taking the injured to the hospital with others rushing to the station to report. The group that went to the station claim they were chased by the officers on duty with the effort to record a statement going invain.
The riders have barred the roads stating since the will demonstrate till the rider get justices. The police station was on spot after the death of two brothers who were arrested for being out in the curfew hours only to be found dead in a nearby bush.
