So who will protect us? Today its running battle in Machakos and its environment after a Machakos university student was attacked and killed around the school premises.

A police Man,Kelvin Sila is in a custody on robbery with violence charges after he attacked a university student and robbed him of his mobile phone and other valuables.
Sila in accompany of David Muringu attacked two Machakos university students as they headed to their rented quarters on a bicycle.
The two who were on motorbike registration number KMTE 363W had flagged down two students in the morning hours before descending on one of them with resounding slaps as they ransacked his pocket.
His roommate managed to escape and he ran screaming, his scream attracted neighbours who are the their schoolmates from Machakos university. They responded to the scream and rescued their fellow comrade from the attack.
The officer attempted to escape after giving back the phone he had stolen but it was late since his colleagues from Machakos police station had arrived. They arrested him together with his friend and they were taken to the police station.
Kelvin turned suspect and his a compliance are cooling their heels at Machakos police station, pending arraignments on robbery with violence. The student was rushed to Machakos hospital were he succumbed on arrival.
