The Kenya Scouting Association is holding it's AGM in Nairobi.The event is being held at Rowland Scouts Ground at Nairobi county.The event also brought together delegates from 47 counties and other guest from various ministries including ministry of education.
The event will then foresee the transfer of patronage of scout association in Kenya from former president Uhuru Kenyatta to president William Ruto.Through the event also they will also launch a Kenya historic hostage of 2023 World Moot Camp in April next year.
The chief scout professor Jacob Kaimenyi praised president William Ruto and said he is a good person having worked with him earlier.He also asked president William Ruto to support the up coming scouting event where they expect to have close to 5000 scouts attending the event.
President William Ruto will therefore take over as the patron of the scouting association of Kenya and will be working closely with professor Jacob Kaimenyi who is the chief scout.
