It was an emotional moment to residents of Kasarani Estate in Nairobi after a man killed his wife before he went to tell his daughter what he had done.
Speaking to the press,a neighbor stated that the boda rider first came home and changed clothes and left.He later came back and went to the bedroom where his wife was.
The boda boda operator killed his wife while in the bedroom and thereafter went to tell his daughter what had happened.
According to reports,the last words the man told his daughter is,"Amka uone venye nimefanya mama yako" which loosely translates to wake up and see what I have done to your mother.Watch this at minute 1:23.
The neighbor stated that after he told his daughter what had happened,the daughter saw he was holding a knife and when she went to the bedroom,she found her mother had been killed.The daughter requested him not to kill her.He tried to kill himself but was rescued by police officers after the daughter alerted me the neighbors.
