"Can't Control My Tears,' Netizens Get Emotional After DCI Nabs Serial Killer

Currently, there has been a surge of serial killings in Kenya. Advances in police investigation (for example, the ability to link murders more effectively) and improved data collection could help the uptick. That said, no doubts that serial killing has rose for several years, and that rise fits with general increase in crime.

Today, the Directorate of Criminal Investigations(DCI), has nabbed a children serial killer, Evans Wanjala who is alleged to have brutally taken the lives of 5 young innocent girls after assaulting and raping them. Wanjala admits to have killed them in a span of only 2 years, that is, between 31st December, 2019 to 15th June, 2021.
