The life of kenyans have been miserable ever since the president gave his last address on covid, uhuru kenyatta however surprised the country when he finally decided to review some of the restrictions he made regarding covid.
The bars are to be opened until seven pm, the curfew will be from 4am to 10pm, kenyans will continue to travel under the ministry of health protocol, the schools will reopen according to calenders, lockdown in zoned Areas lifted, cessation of movement lifted. Political gatherings will however still not be allowed
This move by the president will surely be received with a lot of jubilation from kenyans who have been waiting for his address since this will boost economy as businesses will now be operating for longer hours.
According to the president the move to review the restriction comes after he was advised by experts on the situation of covid in the country. He noted that the restrictions have greatly helped to reduce covid prevalence in the country by great percentages.
