William Samoei Ruto ordered the security guard not to harm the man and he was merciful enough with him. William Samoei Ruto has promised to help the man to start a business to be able to feed the family.

The man and the child were very fortunate of being able to be recognized by William Samoei for the family help. President sympathized with the man and pleaded for help of the man to avoid children from suffering. President William Samoei Ruto should ensure that he helps every Kenyan to eradicate poverty in the country.
