Gift Given To Ruto During The Karen Meeting

While holding a meeting with religious leaders Ruto was given tomatoes and bananas as gifts. From the photos shared by the deputy president, Ruto is seen pushing the wheelbarrow with tomatoes while smiling.

Ruto held the meeting in his Karen home and some of the people who attended it include Turkana Governor Josphat Nanok, Aden Duale , Katoo Ole Metito, George Kariuki, Nixon Korir , Gladys Shollei, Patrick Munene Others were Halima Mucheke, Kipchumba Murkomen, Falhada Iman, Moses Kirima , Kimani Ichung’wah and Isaac Mwaura.

According to Ruto, he informed the people about the importance of economic bottom up and how it is going to boost people's economy.

"The 2022 contest is now framed. It is between the Hustler Nation and its agenda of the Bottom-Up Economic Development Model that seeks to create jobs and expand enterprises versus the project of the System that believes in patronage, trickle-down approach and handouts. " Ruto tweeted
