
All is set for ruto's second pass out parade at Utawala Police Training institution where close to 2,800 individuals are expected to graduate today and get absorbed in different units of the police forces.

Today's event coming just a few hours after the head of state and made his way to nyeri yesterday to preside over another similar event that saw several top-ranking administrators from his administration a gather for the events.

This is the second pass out parade that the head of state is presiding over since taking over the instruments of power from his predecessor the former president Uhuru kenyatta.
Family and friends of the graduates are already gathered at the institution where President William ruto and the permanent secretary in charge of interior coordination and the cabinet secretary are also expected to make their way.
The over 2,000 individuals are expected to be absorbed in the Kenya Police service to bring to an end the shortage of men in uniform in the country.
