
Interior cabinet secretary Prof Kithure Kindiki is determined to end banditry in North Rift Kenya after a serious operations led by both Police officers and KDF was conducted to recover guns and other weapons used by bandits to steal livestock. Over the past weeks livestock stolen were recovered.
According to information shared viable reliable source, bandits among the residents have finally surrendered guns to the police. This gesture is a sign of welcoming peace. The total number of guns surrendered is 146 with Samburu leading with 96 guns. This is the source.
