DP Ruto's meeting in Jacaranda faced a lot of problems after some of the rowdy residents tried to disrupt his meeting but the police officers intervene in the situation and dispatch the group with teargas. According to DP Ruto called upon Raila Odinga that has only six months to use youths in a bad way simply because he will employ them next year to work in white-collar jobs and Raila Odinga will not influence them again.
"Wewe Mr. State House project, tunakutambua uliwalipa hawa vinjana wafanye mambo mabaya. Uko na miezi sita tu kutumia hawa vijana vibaya kwa kuwa mwaka ujao watakuwa na kazi ya maana, badala ya kurusha mawe," Ruto said.
According to Uasin Gishu County Woman Representative Gladys Shollei, she revealed that Raila Odinga is not to blame instead it should be Babu Owino simply because they were heard shouting Babu Owino's name after being blocked by police officers.
