Cases of people going missing here in Kenya have been heard and reportedly vividly increasing day by day across different counties. When people reportedly goes missing many rhetorical questions are been heard including if that person is alive or dead.

Kenyan blogger Lemiso Sato Emmanuel has shared worrying news reports of a middle aged man by the name Victor Otieno hence Sparking mixed reactions among Kenyans netizens.

Victor reportedly was last seen on 18th May in Kesses Uasin Gishu county and was wearing gray trouser and striped white and blue tshirt and he is also a mentally challenged person. Kenyans have been informed to report to the nearest Police Station if they see that missing person or contact the mobile number shared above.
