The cases of covid-19 in the country are rising. The government, as a result, has tried to enforce certain measures to ensure that the cases of covid-19 reduce in the country.
Some top officials in Homa Bay County have been interdicted for allegedly failing to enforce covid-19 regulations in their county.
According to reports, the four officials are two chiefs, the deputy county commissioner together with his assistant.
It is claimed that the officials got interdicted after they allowed gatherings in their areas of jurisdiction which is against the covid-19 regulations.
It is reported that the government is looking out for more top officials who are not enforcing the regulations. The government wants the cases of covid-19 to reduce in the country and are doing everything possible to ensure the mission is achieved.
