DCI sleuths Arrest Two Suspected Kidnappers For Abducting And Defiling Mentally Challenged Girl

Two suspected kidnappers were on Sunday afternoon arrested by Directorate of Criminal Investigations sleuths for abducting and defiling mentally challenged girl in Nakuru County.

The detectives said they were acting on a tip-off from two neighbours who saw the suspects dragging the 6-year-old minor into their rented room in Njoro town, Nakuru County.

The duo identified as Jackson Williams and Mathira Wasiwasi were reported to have kidnapped the girl along the road while going home after coming from church service in the outskirts of the Njoro town.

Police said one of the culprits was found hiding under the bed and the second was found touching the minor's breasts in a couch.

The 6-year-old girl has since been rescued and taken to Newpoint hospital for treatment and further medical examinations.

The duo are curently booked at Njoro town police station waiting for their placement in court.

The latest development comes only two weeks when three suspected kidnappers were gunned down by police for allegedly abducting four minors within the same town.
