A 15-year-old carwash attendant is reported to have ran away after smashing a tuktuk in Amalemba near Salvation Army Church along Kakamega-Kisumu highway.

The carwash attendant flew on foot after badly damaging the tuktuk. Tuktuk is a three-wheeled vehicle that resembles the common rickshaw. It has a moderate capacity of carrying a maximum of three to four people. In addition, tuktuk has a spacious backside that is used to carry bulky luggages.

Though the reason for smashing the tuktuk by the 15-year-old boy has not been established, reports shows that investigations are ongoing and the tuktuk has been towed.

From the photos shared by Ma3Route, the wrecked tuktuk has a registered number plate of KTWC 250C. The tuktuk is red in colour and it has a green covering polythene.

Smashing of the tuktuk along Kakamega-Kisumu highway comes only few days after a related case was witnessed in Kisumu where some people pelted the glasses of a transit train with stones.

The move by the 15-year-old carswash attendant have caught attention of some people online who have reacted as shown by the screenshot below.
