Kenyans have sharply reacted to the recent news from Homabay County. According to the police report shared, 36 teenagers have been held in bars. They were caught partying in one of the houses in Homabay County. Specifically they were caught in house within Koweo Village in Rachuonyo East Sub county. Kenyans have sharply directed blame for irresponsible parenting. Therefore they have suggested that even the parents of these teenagers should be arrested.
According to the police report majority of these teenagers are students and others are those candidates who sat for the 2020 KCPE and KCSE. The police officers received the from members of the public that the minors were partying in the said house with loud music causing disorders in the neighborhood homes.

Ishmael Nyabuto: Arrest even their irresponsible parents. However, this minors to some extent they know what protection entails. Otherwise it could be tragic, regarding the fact that Homabay County is the leading County with HIV positive cases.
Lucky Maingi: The responsibility of ensuring that the children are at the right place should be directed to the parents. Therefore it goes without saying that their parents were aware that the children were partying.
