The interior CS Fred Matiangi has dismissed William Ruto and Kenya Kwanza claims that they were better placed to address the challenges facing police officers. Matiangi is clear, he sits with the deputy President William Ruto in the security counsel and he has never said anything to cater for the issues affecting the police service.

Matiangi is clear for the period he has been in the police service, he has seen serious reforms being carried out and issues police addressed. He is clear it's shocking that Ruto and his team can pretend to be angels on matters police reforms.
Matiangi has termed Kenya Kwanza a bunch of jokers who do not care majorly on issues affecting Kenyans. He is clear at the moment, the police service is under extreme reforms including on matters around their welfare and Ruto is not the answer to their problem
Matiangi wants Kenyans to ignore William Ruto and his team and especially police officers whom Ruto pretends to speak for. However going into the August 9th polls, let's wait and see of how issues police and reforms will be done as we move into the future especially by the August 9th polls government.
