DPP Noordin Haji is clear he will not hesitate to ensure the law is followed so that the families of the victims can get justice. Haji is clear it's not proper to say law will be selective based on one's position or rank in government rather everybody must get justice.

DPP is clear Mutyambai son must prepare himself for it's a fact they will meet in court so that he answers to crimes of murder. If found guilty son to IG could be sent to Kamiti Maximum prison just like the rest of the criminals.

The fact according to DPP is that irrespective or the rank of inspector General, he doesn't care when dealing with criminals. He is of the view that those found culpable of wrong doing will be in trouble in an Indirect reference to Mutyambai's Son murder charge.
