A man who forcefully slept with his 9-year-old stepdaughter, beat her repeatedly to conceal the evidence, and told the doctors the young girl might be having complications down there has been found guilty of the act.
According to Pascal Nabwana, a magistrate in the Mpeketoni area, and also the one in charge of the man's case, made a ruling against him after he was found guilty of committing the act. Nabwana made the final ruling after collecting information from the two doctors who treated the young girl when she was defiled at Coast General Hospital.
According to the police officers who investigated the scene, the man was lying that her stepdaughter developed complications and he never took the advantage of forcing himself on her.
It was also established that the minor's mother was in the spot after it was revealed that she heard her daughter screaming then found her seated on the man's bed, she was heavily bleeding down there. Instead of sounding an alarm, the poor lady only cleaned the mess.
