Kenya Power and Lighting Company has never failed to inform Kenyans concerning any planned power interruption in an area. This is inline with electricity rule number 27 that requires KPLC to inform it's customers concerning any power interruption.
Kenya Power and Lighting Company do interrupt electricity in an area so that it can have time for Network maintenance.
Today on their official verified Facebook account they have informed Kenyans that the following places will experience a very long blackout.
The planned interruption will take place as from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.
If you will be affected ensure that you prepare well in advance so that you will not incur losses.
Companies like Miller companies that depend on electricity should be ready with a backup plan so that they will not be found unaware.
