After addressing the residents of Angurani Town, Deputy President William Ruto and his convoy were making way to their next stopover when they were met by the unexpected.
A section of the crowd became rowdy as they carried disabled people on their wheelchairs as they wanted them to get closer to the Deputy President.
Police officers who were at the scene found it hard to control the rowdy people as they wanted to clear the way for Deputy President William Ruto's vehicles to make it through.

Was it the right thing to carry the disabled and block the convoy's way?
