One of the most feared Kenya Police officer Ahmed Rashid is finally set to be taken to court and charged with murder. This has happened after there have been so many cases of brutal execution of dangerous gang members in the country.
Mr. Ahmed has been a sergeant in Pangani Police Station for several years and it’s believed that he has been running one of the most untouchable and feared crack units in Kenya accused for taking out judicial killings in some parts of Nairobi.
“Those we profile we have to get them dead or alive,” Rashid had told BBC back in 2017 after a video went viral of him shooting two unarmed teenagers who had surrendered and begging not to be killed.
Mr. Ahmed Rashid had managed to create a bad perpetuation on his name, especially in Mathare where young men who had suspicious behavior used to disappear at the mention of his name.
