Tum was the former Manager at the Kenya Seeds company where he worked for several years before his retirement.
Reports, by Rift valley journalist has revealed that Tum passed on after a serious battle with the killer cancer disease.
A huge number of kenyans who knew him well have expressed their deepest condolences to his family and friends after the sad incident.

It is with deep sorrow to learn of the passing on of former Managing Director Kenya seed Mr. Nathaniel Tum. I knew him many years back in my early school days when he was board chair. He was very industrious, hardworking and ensured production ,quality and supply of seeds was not compromised!
