Popular businessman and International Relations expert Gordon KaLorna Teti has expressed his happiness after finally getting circumcised.
Taking to the social media, the businessman thanked his wife for the push to get circumcised, affirming that he is now a happy person.
"My wife got me circumcised. Thank you Nyar Alego. You're an influence and a force to reckon with. I am a new man without the foreskin," he wrote.
Kenyans online congratulated him for the brilliant and brave move wishing him all the best.
"Congrats Teti and welcome to men's club," wrote one of the users.
Medical experts have been calling upon men to get circumcised, citing this a the best option to prevent themselves from HIV/AIDS and other STDs.
The Lake Region has been leading with regards to HIV/AIDS infections and one of the reasons behind the high rates has been linked to low circumcision rate.
Majority of men from the region are however adopting circumcision and doing away with the past culture.
