The police can be seen in the video stashing ballot papers in what appears to be an envelope. The video, however, ends prematurely and there's not much to be made out of it.
The Juja Constituency by-elections has been marred by a lot of inconsistencies but voting ended successfully. Tallying has begun in the centers and many await to see who will emerge victorious.

Police have been active in the three by-elections going on today. Earlier on, there was drama at Rurii ward where youths disrupted a tallying exercise and police had to chase them.
Several politicians are also reported to be arrested in Bonchari Constituency. The police presence in this by-elections has drawn eyebrows but there's nothing to be done.
