In most public services ,there are free dispensers for condoms .
One vigilant expecting mother matched to the government houses with a poster in hand claiming for free distribution of diapers .

The mom who was dressed suggestively was carrying the poster with the message written in caps lock appealing that all mothers who give birth using NHIF fund and Linda Mama act to be given free diapers for babies between 0-9 years. She claimed that the super prices were so high. She also claimed that the prices for the government sponsored diapers to be subsidized. The message was directed to Hon Sakaja ,first lady her excellency Racheal Ruto, Edwin Sifuna, Esther Passarris, Ida Odinga, Karen Nyamu, Rigathi Gachagua and his excellency William Samoei Ruto.
