The report from five pathologists who conducted a postmortem on the body of Embakasi East Returning Officer Daniel Musyoka said that they can not ascertain the cause of his death . They claimed that he was killed by people who seem to be professionals, this is after they conducted the four-hour exercise at the Loitoktok sub-County hospital but could not come to a comprehensive cause of death.
Accordinng to the report from doctor Njeru as quoted "We can not ascertain the cause of his death. No physical injuries point to the cause of death. We have collected samples from the body for further forensic analysis in a government laboratories" clearly shows that a serious investigation has to be done.
