Police officers based at Juja police station have launched an investigation about second year student who died mysteriously at JKUAt and four people namely, Brian Andaki, Joe Momanyi, and Margaret Nyambura have been arrested in connection with her death. According to the caretaker, he declared that the students were enjoying themselves in one of the apartments and he had a loud thud and when he checked he found the deceased body sprawled on the ground where he informed the police officers.
The homicide detective who visited the scene revealed that the deceased might have died after being pushed out of the window but promised the residents that they will get the immediate issue behind the mystery. The body of the deceased has been shifted to Juja mortuary as the police officers declared that the postmortem will be done to determine the cause of her death and urged the students that in case of any issue they should be free to counsel the authorities.
