Speaking in citizen TV, Farida Karoney has affirmed that digital transformation will be carried on across the country to ensure people have rights to own their lands which has documentation. It's something she believes will change the fortunes of many people.
It's clear matter land has been a thorny issues really as people have even died fighting to regain their land. It's therefore a matter of wait and see of what really will unfold going into the future of whether land issues will be solved with the digitization of records.
